These terms govern your use of mkaquila.com, our application process, our paid training materials, and any related services (together, "the Service"). By applying, purchasing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
MK Aquila trains and places finance, audit, and technology talent into remote roles with employers across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. We are headquartered in New York, with our founding training cohort based in Pakistan, and we welcome applicants globally.
Any possibility of an in-person opportunity or employer-sponsored relocation is exactly that — a possibility for top performers, never a promise, and always contingent on the employer and immigration rules outside our control.
You confirm that the information and resume you submit is accurate and your own. Misrepresentation in an application may result in removal from consideration or the program.
You agree not to use the Service to impersonate MK Aquila, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or attempt to access parts of the Service (including the Academy) without proper payment or authorization.
All content on this site and in our training materials — including the Workbook, videos, templates, and Academy course — is the property of MK Aquila. It's licensed to you for personal use upon purchase, not resale or redistribution.
The Service, including all training content and career guidance, is provided for educational purposes. MK Aquila makes no guarantee of employment outcomes, income, or any specific result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK Aquila is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of the Service.
As a U.S.-headquartered company, MK Aquila must comply with applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws, including those administered by the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Service, you confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list. We reserve the right to decline service where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For applicants and users based in Pakistan, we additionally recognize and cooperate with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), in matters concerning online fraud, impersonation, or misuse of our platform.
This document is a good-faith effort to be clear and fair, not a substitute for formal legal counsel. If you have specific legal concerns, please consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
